As the young chefs and gardeners from the Ata Rangi and Rapu teams are excited for their Garden to Table sessions this term, in their classrooms they have been having detailed discussions about what they are most looking forward to, the rules they should follow and what they might like to learn.
In preparation for Garden to Table, Room 10 has been discussing the importance of ‘Hygiene’. The children came up with numerous ideas and then categorised them as either ‘relevant’ or ‘not relevant’ using a SOLO Define Map. They have also been learning how to safely wash their hands.
