Welcome back to another exciting year of Garden to Table. This fantastic programme provides students the opportunity to have hands on learning experiences in both the garden and the kitchen. Students will get their hands dirty as they plant and look after the gardens and will learn about seasonality and when certain plants should be planted, what plants need to grow and how and when to harvest these plants to get the best out of them in the kitchen.
In the kitchen students will learn about good hygiene practices, develop knife skills and learn how to create yummy, healthy dishes with the fresh produce from our garden.

There is a different folder for each class, and they are chock full of photos, students’ work and fantastic recipes.
The 2015 folders will be archived in the coming weeks as well and this year’s class folders will take their place on the main page.
