Term 2 Recipes

This term so far, Tuakana students have been making Jerusalem Artichoke Soup, Herb and Cheese Scones, Chickpea and Carrot Fritters and Beetroot Jam. So many students have been keen to try out their cooking skills and these new recipes at home. Check out the recipes on our “Recipes” page. YUM!!

  1. I have been so impressed with the cooking skills and gardening skills of our Tuakana students. The herb and cheese scones looked so good when they came out of the oven. Our vegetable gardens are flourishing and all students are very respectful about not pulling off the vegetables.
    I think we are very lucky to have Sarah and Jodie!!
